Ezee-Glide Round Bale Mover

These are some of the reasons to use the EZee-Glide Round Bale Mover. The EZee-Glide moves round bales faster and safer than
machines currently on the market. It does not use any sharp objects or chains to move the bales on or off the mover. Instead, it utilizes friction to move the bales on and gravity to move the bales off the mover making it a self-loading and self-unloading machine.

Design

EZee-Glide has two steel chambers that hydraulically fold up and down horizontally from the middle of the machine. The floor of each chamber consists of sheet metal, plastic and sealed bearing rollers to ensure the friction on the wing is less than the friction on the ground. It utilizes friction between the bales and the ground to assist in loading. Gravity is used to unload the bales.

Operation

Operating the EZee-Glide is simple. It can be towed by any tractor with three hydraulic ports.

Loading:
Unfold one chamber, drive up to a round bale and let it slide into the chamber with the flat side of the bale facing the guide arms of the chamber. Unfold the second chamber and load a bale in the same manner. Continue loading bales alternating between the two chambers until you have a total of 4 round bales in each chamber and transport to the site you wish to unload.

Unloading:
Back the machine to the desired location to unload and open each wing a couple of inches until there is a gap between the two rows of bales. Tilt the bed of the machine backward until the bales slide back and touch the ground. Now, drive forward and the bales will slide out of the chambers into two rows that are side by side.

Capacity

EZee-Glide has the capacity of hauling 8 round bales per load (4 bales per chamber). It will self-load and unload any type of round bale, including alfalfa, bean stubble, straw and corn stalk bales.
